Nowadays, there are a wide variety of unusual competitions. Among them, we find, in particular, the national championship of beard and moustache, which took place in Casper in the State of Wyoming in the United States for this edition of 2022.

Created in 1990 by Beard Team USA, this championship, as original as it is offbeat, continues to fascinate the crowds and rewards the most beautiful beards in the country, as you will have understood. In addition, the organizers undertake each year to donate a percentage of the profits collected with the sale of tickets to charities.

Thus, on November 12, the finalists and the big winner Jono Gross were announced and immortalized by the talented photographer Greg Anderson.

This evening also ended with a very nice surprise. At the end of the results, participants are asked to cut their hair to create the longest chain of beards. The record previously held by Germany with a size of 18 meters long has been dethroned, and by far, with a new feat of 45 meters immediately registered in the Guinness World Record.
